Intellectual property protection

The Technology Transfer Center provides free of charge intellectual property protection counselling within the framework of PATLIB service. An intellectual property protection information point operates in our office, that was outplaced by Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO). 

Our associates provide the following services regarding intellectual property related issues

  • Expert guidance on intellectual property protection, certain protection types and course of industrial law procedures
  • Effective support in patenting inventions and effective protection of new solutions
  • Access to intellectual property databases, support in search (patent-search, trademark search)
  • Advise on intellectual property commercialization and license agreements
