Cooperative Research Agreement is a written agreement signed by the University and one or more parties in order to implement a project or research programme included in the mutual scientific interest of the parties. The main purpose of this is enhancing and transferring knowledge in accordance with educational and research strategy of the university. Cooperative Research Agreement supposes substantive research development activities performed by all parties. The following types of agreements are considered as Cooperative Research Agreement: those syndicate agreements that are signed in order to implement a project publicly funded (national, EU, international) and also Cooperative Research Agreement aiming at implementation of the project supported by industrial partner.

Employees
Researchers involved in the research activity undertaken within the framework of the Research Agreement shall be employed by the university if possible. If a person employed by a third party works on the infrastructure of the university, which is an extraordinary case, the person’s data, place of work, duration of work are transferred to the head of Technology and Knowledge Transfer Office. Data has to be shared for the sake of proper confidentiality.
