Under university practise all research activities performed with external partners are in all instances secured by written agreement. At the University of Debrecen mutual agreement between parties and respect towards each other is a very important basic condition of responsible and permanent cooperation between partners, that shall be represented in mutually agreed contract conditions. TTO is responsible for preparation and evaluation of research agreements and coordination of reconciliations between researchers and companies. 1. Is there a contract sample available for download at the website regarding mutual research activity?

All research agreements are different as purposes and conditions of cooperation differ, that is why we do not publish a standard contract sample. Prior to preparing the first contract plan TTO needs some basic information regarding the planned research project and budget.  Layout of the research plan, that is going to be attached to the agreement, is sufficient enough at this point. The first agreement plan is sent to our partners following reconciliations with the head of project research.
